1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the n4444 platform and all its associated services. By registering on this platform, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Definitions

• "Platform" refers to n4444's website, mobile site, and associated services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any registered individual who has created an account on the platform.
• "Services" refers to the online gaming, sports betting, live casino, and other entertainment activities provided by n4444.
• "Account" refers to each member's personal registered profile and account balance.
• "Wagering" refers to the amount of bets required to fulfil a bonus condition.

These Terms may be changed at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform when changes occur. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To become a member of the n4444 platform you must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. n4444 may request an ID or other documents for age verification at any time. Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information, or failing to update your information, will be treated as a breach of these Terms. If your information changes, you must notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing or selling your account to a third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact n4444 support immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The payment methods currently accepted on the n4444 platform are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account quickly.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals are also processed via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

• It is recommended that your deposit and withdrawal method be the same.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• If an active bonus is in place, the wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing.
• n4444 reserves the right to request additional verification in the case of unusual activity.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the n4444 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion facility is currently available. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

n4444 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more gives you the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing your total balance to ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus is active.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
• n4444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus.
• If multiple accounts or bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 Other Promotions

n4444 may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms, which will be stated in the description of that promotion. If there is any conflict with the general Terms, the specific promotion's terms will take precedence.

5 Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

n4444 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If any user attempts to manipulate the system, their account will be closed immediately.

5.2 Betting Rules

When placing bets in the sports betting section, each market's own rules apply. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. n4444 reserves the right to correct any result that was incorrectly determined due to a technical error.

• Placing multiple opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• Additional restrictions may apply when placing bets with bonus funds.
• If any user attempts to gain an advantage through dishonest means, that bet will be considered void.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device issue, the data recorded in the system will be considered final. n4444 is not obligated to compensate for technical issues on the platform, but each incident will be reviewed.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n4444 platform:

• Engaging in account hacking, phishing, or other cybercrime.
• Using any automated bot, script, or software to play games or place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Stealing another user's account information or defrauding them.
• Abusing the platform's bonus system or collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's servers or databases.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users.
• Using the platform from a country where online gaming is legally prohibited.

If any of these prohibitions are violated, n4444 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

7 VIP Program and Rewards

n4444 has a five-tier VIP program for regular players. Each tier comes with various benefits including a weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to a higher VIP tier based on their consistency and volume of play. Cashback is generally added to the account at a set time each week. n4444 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms and members will be informed if changes are made.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by n4444

n4444 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity (no login for 12 consecutive months or more).
• Direction from a law enforcement agency or a court order.

8.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account by contacting n4444 support. Before closing, it is possible to withdraw the available balance after meeting all applicable conditions.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

The Bengali version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, n4444's interpretation will be considered final.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable promotional terms together form the entire agreement between n4444 and the member. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by these Terms.

13.3 Waiver of Rights

If n4444 does not enforce any particular term or condition in a specific case, that shall not be considered a waiver of that term or condition in any future case.

13.4 Third-Party Rights

These terms and conditions apply solely between n4444 and registered members. No third-party rights are created through these terms and conditions.
